What is a payday loan?

Payday loans -  Cash Advances are quick and confidential ways to get cash advances until your next paycheck.

 

What if I have poor credit?

We have no problem with poor credit. Most are approved in 5 minutes or less for payday loans and cash advances.  Complete the application and we will take care of the rest.  If you are working or have a steady source of income that is all we need.
 

How do I receive the cash, and how do I repay the loan?

When you request a loan you authorize US to:

1. To Directly deposit up to $500.00 into the account where your paycheck gets deposited.

2. To Directly withdrawal the money due on your next payday. Please see our APR Disclosure page for more information.

How do I know that you are going to withdraw what you say you are?

Because we’re authorized to use the Federal Reserve Wire System, we must follow all FDIC and NACHA regulations. So we can only withdraw the amount authorized as stated in your payday loan contract.
 

How soon will my the money be in my account?

Once you submit the New Customer application the approval takes less then 5 minutes.  Your payday loan will be in your account the next day

Is my loan confidential?

Absolutely every payday loan is completely confidential and protected by our Company Privacy Policy.

 

What if I find out later that I will not have the funds to honor the money I authorized you to withdraw?

You must immediately contact Pay-Day-Advance.Com! If you contact us before the due date, we can make arrangements for an extension.  If you do not contact us before your due date, you will be charged extra fees on top of what you owe us, including a NSF fee of $30.00. By staying current with your original loan, you limit any additional charges or collection fees assessed to your account.

 

How does an extension work?

If you are unable to repay your payday loan on the due date you can pay the fee plus a small amount of the principal to extend you loan until your next payday (12 week maximum). The extension fee is $30.00 per $100.00 borrowed. Please refer to our Disclosure page for more details.

 

What about loans requested on the weekend or Friday?

All Payday Loan requests that are made on weekends will be processed Monday Morning or the next Business day which ever comes first.

Can I request another loan when I already have one loan outstanding?

You can only have one loan outstanding. We must have the full amount collected before we can issue another loan. It usually takes 3 business days before we can issue a new loan.
